Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time at the resort! The ocean view from my room was absolutely stunning, and the accommodations were both clean and well-furnished. I really enjoyed just lounging around and soaking up the atmosphere. On the downside, some communal areas could use a little more attention to cleanliness, and the dining options weren't always up to par. Overall, it's a lovely place for a getaway with a few areas needing improvement.
The hotel has some amazing aspects, like the stunning rooms that offer great amenities and a beautiful view of Isla Mujeres right from the window. However, I was quite let down by the limited dining options, as many restaurants were closed during my stay. While the facilities were enjoyable, the dated feel of some areas was a little off-putting. Overall, it offers good value for a relaxing getaway, but some enhancements could really elevate the experience.
My stay at the resort was quite an experience. The view from my room overlooking Isla Mujeres was lovely, a nice way to start each day. However, I did feel the rooms could use a bit more decoration, and the dining options were limited that night. It was also a bit isolated, which makes transport costs from the airport higher than I expected.
This resort spa offers a unique blend of comfort and luxury, with beautifully clean and spacious rooms that made my stay enjoyable. The staff genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs, providing attentive service. However, I was disappointed that many of the restaurants weren't available during my visit, and the walk to the pool and beach area felt a bit long. Overall, the experience was good, though the limited dining options were a letdown.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were nice and comfortable, they felt a bit under decorated and could really use a ceiling fan. The service was genuinely warm and welcoming, with team members like Jack and Emanuel making an effort to assist us at every turn. On the downside, I was quite disappointed to find that many of the restaurant options were closed, leaving us with very few choices during our stay. Overall, it wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but improvements are certainly needed.
