really good hospitality detailed attention diverse restaurant pristine beach
The staff showed attentiveness with great attention to detail. i found a lot of activities available, including diverse restaurant options offering great food and cocktails. i enjoyed the gym. It stays open 24 hours and has good quality equipment. the white pristine beach allowed long walks for miles.
i noticed the absence of more lunch options, especially during convention periods when the lunch service became quite busy.

The hotel features 12 restaurants, and the food is AMAZING!!! the restaurants provided excellent service and high-quality food. I especially enjoyed takeshi. the coffee shop also provided an excellent experience.

Our room included a bottle of wine. the inspira rooftop suite included butler service. the inspira terrace suite features a completely private terrace and a heated plunge pool. It only includes the 2 bed option though.

the location is great. there are plenty of spaces to walk around the resort. it is a short walk to the beach, restricted to hotel guests. golfers were also very happy.

staff were very warm and. edgar sanchez at the front desk is a star. our butlers, valeria and martin, provided amazing service. alfonso and bo derrick were most accommodating around the pool.
